1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and M13Win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the m13win website accessible at https://m13win.cam and all related services, games, promotional offers, and features made available through the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the m13win website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible via https://m13win.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is of eligible age and jurisdiction to use the services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), comprised of deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Account Balance derived from actual deposits and withdrawable winnings, excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Platform, which are subject to specific wagering requirements and other conditions as set out in Section 7.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may process withdrawals or access certain account features.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law, as determined by the Platform from time to time.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia, which is the base currency of the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on m13win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. M13Win strictly enforces age verification through its KYC process and will immediately suspend any Account for which proof of age is not satisfactorily established. For players aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or persons acting as agents or nominees for third parties are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of Account registration or while placing wagers.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended without notice and balances may be forfeited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of M13Win or any of its affiliated entities, service providers, or gaming software partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to a gambling exclusion order under any applicable regulatory programme.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. M13Win reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time M13Win deems necessary for compliance purposes, the Platform will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the preceding 90 days;
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Proof of payment method ownership (where required for withdrawal verification).

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC. M13Win may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due diligence obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with all such requests.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other mechanical or electronic means to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, defraud, or exploit any game, promotional offer, or feature of the Platform through collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any other improper means.
• You will not engage in any conduct that is disruptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable toward Platform staff, other players, or the Platform's systems.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent the technical security measures of the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other criminal activity.
• You acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by random number generators and that the Platform does not guarantee any particular result or payout.
• You acknowledge that it is your personal responsibility to track your gambling activity, monitor your expenditure, and play within your personal financial means.

Any breach of the above conditions constitutes a material violation of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and potential referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

M13Win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following supported payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet methods and RM100 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network processing times.
• All withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• M13Win does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals; however, third-party processing fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• M13Win reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits based on your VIP tier, account standing, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and fund forfeiture.
• Any funds deposited in error or in excess of intended amounts must be reported to support immediately. M13Win is not obligated to return funds deposited in error after they have been wagered.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

M13Win offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be specified in the relevant promotion details. Players who have previously self-excluded, been suspended, or who hold duplicate Accounts are not eligible for any promotional offer.
• Bonus funds are credited as a separate balance and are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the time period specified for the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account balance without compensation.
• M13Win operates a strict anti-bonus-abuse policy. Any Player found to be exploiting promotional structures through systematic low-risk wagering patterns, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account activity will have their bonuses forfeited and Account suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus offer may be claimed per eligible Player. Multiple Account creation to claim additional welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• M13Win reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a promotion has already been claimed and wagering requirements are in progress.
• All bonus offers are for entertainment purposes only. No bonus constitutes a guaranteed financial return. Always read the specific terms and conditions of each offer before claiming.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or sports market:

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the Platform. Players cannot cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances.
• M13Win offers sports betting across a range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sports. Odds are set by the Platform and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. The Platform is not responsible for any delays in odds display due to internet connectivity or browser-related issues on the Player's end.
• For casino games utilising Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, all outcomes are independently certified as statistically random and fair. The Platform's house edge (reflected in published RTP percentages) represents the Platform's long-term mathematical advantage over players.
• M13Win reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed following a technical error, a manifestly incorrect odds posting, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game, per session, and per day, as displayed within each game interface or betting market. Players who attempt to circumvent bet limits will have their bets voided.
• Winnings arising from voided bets will be reversed from the Player's balance. The Platform will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players promptly.

9 Responsible Gambling

M13Win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be regarded as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or meeting financial obligations.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding Players of their session duration and net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account suspension option for Players who wish to take a break without committing to full self-exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the m13win Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, trademarks, service marks, and all other intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of M13Win or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or design;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any intellectual property rights notices displayed on the Platform;
• Use M13Win's trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M13Win, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from technical failures, server downtime, maintenance periods, or internet connectivity issues;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account by third parties, where such access results from your own failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Any actions taken by M13Win in good faith compliance with its regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations, including the withholding of funds pending KYC completion;
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of M13Win to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

M13Win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• An Account is involved in money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, or any other unlawful activity;
• A Player is found to be below the minimum age of 21;
• Multiple Accounts have been registered by the same individual;
• An Account poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon Account closure, M13Win will return the Real Money Balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements and any funds subject to pending investigations) to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and internal review procedures.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any active wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure request.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which M13Win holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority in that jurisdiction.

In the first instance, Players are encouraged to contact our support team to attempt to resolve any disputes informally. M13Win will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by our licensing regulator.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

M13Win reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing an updated version of the Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as provided for in Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. M13Win accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to review updated Terms.
